Made up of members of the Link, any member can join.
Accountable to the membership.
Open, independent, self managing.
Input for action comes from members.
MSB will deal with all issues relevant to the membership.
MSB will elect represnetatives from the MSB Committee to sit on the Advisory Working Group (AWG). Members will comprise at least 40% of the AWG membership.
Notes of meetings will be kept and posted on cork board.
